Helen Greetham is a writer, artist and educator who specialises in engaging audiences with cutting-edge educational content through her clean illustrative style, sharp writing and sense of fun.
She studied archaeology and anthropology at Oxford University before doing a research degree, recreating long-lost buildings using 3D modelling.
Her love of the material culture of the past often finds its way into her comics work. After all, chances are people have been making sequential images as long as they’ve been making art!
While a lifetime of lurking in libraries has built a healthy love of that dusty-old-book smell, she is an expert on the use of new technologies to teach and tell great stories. She’s a member of the SpiderForest webcomic collective, and often tables at small press events.
